Hello Guys
In this tutorial i will teach you how to install visichat on your Server or Your Computer [localhost]
Requirement's
After the 1st step choose the database type i am using MySQL database.
If you are using your own server the database is localhost
Now enter your Database name , then database username and password and leave table prefix and click to Check values
If all values is correct the it will show 'Config file Create Successfully'
After this enter your Admin Username for admin panel enter website email and enter your RED5 Server IP . and click to Start Installation

Requirement's
- You will need a dedicated server or VPS to install red5 (Dedicated server recommended).
- Make sure you have at least 512MB of Ram in your server. Less than that may affect performance and increase disconnections.
- For more than 200 users, it's recommended to use separate dedicated server for video and voice streams to get better performance, you can use red5 on second server for streaming too.
- For more than 500 users, to get better result, you can install flash media server in your voice and video server.
- You need to login with SSH protocol, using software’s including putty.
- Make sure magic_quotes_gpc is set to off in your php.ini file.
- If you are using php >5.3 version to need you remove gpc function [ line 35 and 36 from scripts/factory.php ]
If you are using your own server the database is localhost
Now enter your Database name , then database username and password and leave table prefix and click to Check values
When your installation is complete and copy and paste the given text into your visichat2.xml file located in:
red5 folder \webapps\visichat2\WEB-INF (example : c:\red5\webapps\visichat2\WEB-INF\visichat2.xml)
After this you will see Integration Setup if you want to integrate your visichat with other script enter the detail otherwise click to SKIP
After the Finish Installation remove install.php and install folder for security reasons
You can get access to Admin Panel via this /admin directory
