If you are worried from you unwanted user which come again into your chat room even you block the IP of these user ! but all in vain.
Now you can block the IP range of these user..

An Internet Protocol address (IP address) is a numerical label assigned to each device participating in a computer network that uses the Internet Protocol for communication.An IP address serves two principal functions: host or network interface identification and location addressing. Its role has been characterized as follows: "A name indicates what we seek. t is. A route indicates how to get there.
Go to Admin Panel > BlockUser

Enter the IP of user for example i enter 174.142.148.*
Star (*) means if the IP of user is 174.142.148.1 to 174.142.148.255
They can not access to chat room .You can use two star if you want to block more IP range for example 174.142.*.*
